Amy Sealeaf's family said she will 'deeply missed'

The family of a woman who was found dead in her home have told of their heartbreak.
Amy Sealeaf was pronounced dead at the scene after emergency services were called to reports of a concern for welfare at a home in Netherton, Merseyside at around 6.10pm on Sunday.

The 33-year-old's death is currently being treated as unexplained. In a tribute to the mum-of-three, Amy's family said she will be 'deeply missed' and thanked people for their kind messages and support.
They said: "We are heartbroken to announce the passing of Amy Jade Sealeaf who passed away at home on Sunday, March 16 2025.
"A beloved daughter, sister, mother and friend. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. We appreciate the well wishes thoughts and prayers that have been shared and these have brought us some comfort these difficult times. We ask now that you respect our families privacy so that we can grieve."
Schoolfriend Samii also paid tribute to Amy, describing her death as 'heartbreaking'. Samii said she grew up with Amy after attending the same primary school.
Paying tribute, she said: "I've known [Amy] since we were little, like in primary school. We were in Orrell Primary together, she's a year older than me but I was in her cousin's class. Then me and Amy became friends."
Samii said even though Amy had struggles, she was a "good person" who had "three gorgeous babies". Samii continued: "I just want to make sure other people know she was a good person regardless of everything she went through. She really was a good egg.
"She still had all her life to live and her poor three kids have now lost their mum it's heartbreaking. We had some good memories walks with the dogs drinks in the sun long talks about life. I'll never forget her and she will be missed. Rest easy now Amy."
Following the mum's death others paid tribute on the ECHO's Facebook post, Angie Jones said: "Rip Amy God love you. This should never have happened to you. RIP go fly with the angels. Thinking of your family, so sad."
Laura Spencer commented: "R.I.P Amy such sad news. My thoughts are with family and friends and little doggie." Nickie Corker wrote: "Rest In Peace Amy. This is all so heartbreaking. Thinking of her family."

Joanne O'Flaherty wrote: "RIP, so sad thinking of all her family." and Natalie Jenkins Howell wrote: "RIP you gorgeous soul it should never of come to this." Ashley Cook wrote: "Rest in paradise Amy so, so sad I have some of the best memories with you growing up on the grove you'll be so missed by all who new you my heart goes out to your babies."
Susan Ball wrote: "So sad beautiful girl." And Paulette Bratin added: "RIP Amy so sad heartbroken for your kids and family." And Patsy James added: "Sad to read a good person taken too early, I don't know this family I hope they get support for those poor children will be looked after. God rest Amy."
Merseyside Police said a post-mortem will take place to establish the cause of death. A 38-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of breaching a domestic violence protection order and controlling and coercive behaviour and enquiries remain ongoing, police said.
